GMP Founder Stacy Pobatschnig has extensive experience in website usability testing, and will spend time carefully curating usability testers across devices so that the test population is not skewed by using professional usability testers only. One aspect where the big usability testing companies miss the mark is when they only look at basic demographic/device requirements when their computer systems select usability testers. We take more time to look at other aspects of usability testers that are critical to getting an accurate read on your site's usability with YOUR core customer base (as well as actual potential customers). Because we're a small company, and have little overhead, we do this for a fraction of the cost that you would pay a large firm, but you get results that truly represent your new and existing consumer.
